In order to obtain your warranty, please mail, fax or submit by website this form. Once we have received this form, we will arrange for a Collier Representative to meet with you for a Free Orientation of your irrigation system. Please allow 2 business days for a representative from our office to contact you. If you have an emergency that consists for gushing water that can not be turned off at the main valve of your system, do not hesitate to call. Thank you.

  1. 1. Your warranty begins on the date of closing of your home or if we installed your irrigation directly for you and not for a builder, it begins on the date of installation and is good for one (1) year on defective parts and labor

  2. 2. To register your 1 year warranty simply, mail, fax or email the form hanging from your controller or submit the Warranty Registration Form online.

  3. 3. Please visit the "How To" video clip portion of our site which will show you how to adjust your heads and program your controller. If you are still unclear on how to operate these portions of your system, please contact our office and we will be glad to schedule an orientation appointment for a technician to meet with you to answer your questions.

  4. 4. Our warranty only covers manufactures defects and DOES NOT include any kind of damage to the system. Even if you did not damage the system or know how it was damaged, it is not covered under warranty.

  5. 5. There are instances when a problem with the system will occur and it is unclear if it is covered under warranty or billable, therefore the technician will need to verify if warranty or billable. If billable, $110 will be due at the time of service for up to 1 hour. Additional labor and parts will be applied and billed separately.

  6. 6. The warranty may become void if someone other than Collier Companies manipulates the irrigation system in any way. If you have questions regarding this, please contact the service manager.

  7. 7. The warranty does not cover property layout changes after the project completion.

  8. 8. The warranty does not cover improper use of the irrigation system resulting in damaged sod and/or plantings.
